Have you ever wondered how all the cafes in Sydney are so beautiful? Well, it’s the magic and creativity of this wonderful city. If you are from Sydney or are visiting Sydney soon, then you must try out coffee in these 5 cafe’s. Especially in this cold wintery morning, good coffee is all you need to get going. So, here are the 5 best cafes in Sydney. Of course, there are more, but these ones are my favourite. Let me know in the comment section below, and I will make sure if I check them out.
Pablo and Rusty’s- 161 Castlereagh St, Sydney.
I can not stop talking about the coffee that they serve. The coffee beans are roasted so fine that you would want to sit there all morning just enjoying a cup of coffee one after another. You can even try different varieties of the coffee that they store like black, white, slow drip, batch brew, and draught. The best part if their menu which caters to all your brekkie needs. From your favourite avo toast to the poached eggs, they have it all. Although not all outlets of Pablo & Rusty’s are that great, this one is sure not to be missed out.
Lindt Cafe- Darling Harbour, Sydney
Oh Of course, How could I not mention this cafe. The coffee is outstanding as the world knows. The one thing that I really liked on their menu during Vivid Sydney was the Vivid Waffles with hot chocolate. I spent an entire half n hour devouring this beauty. There was literally a party on my plate. See it for yourself in the picture. I know the picture is not of the best quality but hey! Look at that sparkler!
The Smelly Cheesecake- 5 Churchill Ave, Strathfield NSW 2135
Who doesn’t love cheesecakes and when they are coupled with yummy coffee? I totally do. The coffee at smelly cheesecake is good, and the cheesecakes are their specialty. What I really liked from their brunch menu was the “Dutch Baby German Pancakes” with my favourite cup of regular Cappucino with one sugar. It was such a satisfying brekkie. I wish I had clicked a picture of the pancakes, but I got busy eating. Sorry, not sorry. Spoiler: They are not your traditional pancakes. Moreover, you can sit there long hours and complete your morning’s to-do list.
Guylian- 91 George St, The Rocks NSW 2000
Yes, it’s a Belgian Chocolate Cafe, but that doesn’t mean that their coffee is not good. Surprise, it’s uh-mazing. I always have my favourite cappuccino from there whenever I visit the rocks. Lately, I have ordered the dark hot chocolate more though. It’s perfect to have one on one office meetings and to hang out with your friends. It’s a pity that I have never clicked a picture in this particular cafe, but I had one from Guylian in Pitt St mall (Sydney). Let me show you the hot chocolate goodness. Oh did I forget to mention that they come with a praline?!
2 Stews and a Cockatoo - 741 Pacific Hwy, Gordon NSW 2072
As a person who loves coffee, I also love the vibrant environment of the cafes. It makes the experience more enjoyable. This bar cafe is just so beautiful that even though their coffee was more than average, the interiors of the cafe made up for that. I totally love going there for a coffee whenever I visit Gordon.
Let me know in the comments section about your favourite coffee places and if you have tried any of the above. Ciao.
